Offers, Fees, and Payments

Below are details during normal tryout for a full year. 

Offers and Acceptances. We hope to send team offers during the week after tryouts. Within a short period of time after receiving an offer, Alliance will require an acceptance and a registration. With registration there will be a payment plan offered but a $200 non-refundable up front fee that goes toward the balance of the team fee.

Fees. The balance of the team fee can be paid when you accept a team offer (if your child makes a team) or over 2-4 payments.  Alliance will offer a payment plan paid electronically and all payments can only be made electronically. No payment will be accepted by check or cash this year. Players/families pay the fee associated with the electronic payment. Team fees, these amounts include the $200 up front payment deposit – thus subtract $200 from these amounts for the balance due after payment of the up front payment amount: (1) $975 for non-high school teams (birth year 2010 and younger); and (2) $675 for the high school teams. 

The fee is for one full year of Alliance team play, including: (1) June clinics; (2) July scrimmages; (3) August pre-season training; (4) Fall outdoor practice and games; (5) winter indoor practice and games; (6) spring outdoor practice and games; and (7) one tournament. Uniform is not included and is a separate fee. This year all players are required to buy a new uniform. 

TEAM MAKE UP

Teams. Teams are constructed based on birth year, as required by US Soccer and US Club Soccer. Some exceptions are made based on a player’s skill and development and team dynamic. For a listing of this year’s current teams visit here.

SUMMER CLINICS, SCRIMMAGES, PREP FOR HIGH SCHOOL TRYOUTS

Summer Clinics. We will host clinics in Oak Park parks for Alliance players of all ages, included in your team fee. Times and dates are here. Registration for these will be sent with the offer. 

Prep Skills Clinic for High School Boys Tryouts! One week of high school trial prep in July/August to boys tryouts for high school, included in your team fee. 

Summer Scrimmages. Alliance offers weekly summer scrimmages at Oak Park parks, included in your team fee. 

PRACTICES AND GAMES

Practices. Teams practice generally twice a week in the Fall, once a week in the Winter, and twice a week in the Spring. There are some exceptions to this and some teams may offer more than this minimum. There will be club-wide goalie clinics.

Fall and Spring outdoor practices will take place locally and at Triton. Winter indoor practices will take place nearby .

Games. Fall and spring outdoor games take place locally in Oak Park, River Forest, and River Grove and the away games will take place generally in the Chicagoland area. Occasionally there are games near Rockford or Kankakee, but these games are not the norm. 

Tournament. The majority of the tournaments are in the Chicagoland area. However, high school teams will do College Showcase tournaments and some teams may decide to do a tournament in Indianapolis, St. Louis, or Champaign.
